About me

Welcome to Sacred Light Harbor.

I’m Lisa, and I created this space as a safe, nurturing harbor where you can pause, heal, and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. I believe healing begins when we purposefully slow down— and create enough space to listen to ourselves and honor what we need. Each session is an invitation to come back to your own inner wisdom and light.

Life brings both beauty and challenge. Out in the waves of everyday life, it’s easy to lose your sense of calm or direction. My intention is to offer a safe, anchoring space where you can return to center—to your own sacred light and sense of balance.

Whether you’re seeking relaxation, energy alignment, guidance for your career or life path, or simply a quiet space to restore, Sacred Light Harbor provides the support and tools to leave each session feeling more centered, open, and connected—to your body, your breath, and your sacred light.

A woman
  • I work with individuals who are ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. You might be seeking guidance, energy healing, or yoga as a way to find more balance, clarity, or calm in your life.

Whether you’re navigating a change, exploring what’s next, or simply wanting space to reflect, our work together can help you feel more centered and supported.

  • I blend gentle yoga, energy healing, and personalized coaching to help you reconnect with your inner light. Every session is designed to restore balance, calm the mind, and support your personal and professional growth.

  • I’m a Certified Life and Career Coach (Fielding Graduate University), a certified Reiki Practitioner, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) trained through CorePower Yoga and the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, with additional training in Yin and Chair Yoga.

In addition to my private practice, I’ve managed coaching programs and a career development site for a Fortune 100 company—experience that helps me guide others through times of growth, change, and transition with both clarity and compassion.
