Upcoming Classes
A gentle practice. A welcoming space
There are many ways to practice yoga. Sometimes it's through gentle movement. Sometimes it's through stillness, breath, meditation, or the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.
At Sacred Light Harbor, each class is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're joining a gentle, restorative, Yin, or chair yoga class, settling into a guided meditation, or experiencing the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra, you'll find a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and care for your whole self.
Come exactly as you are. Your practice begins with a single breath.

"Lisa holds such a calm, beautiful and relaxing space in her Yoga classes. I always feel like I can let go of everything I've been holding onto physically, emotionally and energetically and just unfurl and open. She has a very calming and intuitive way of leading each pose and moving from one pose to the next.. After her class, I always feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Lisa!"

I really enjoyed Lisa’s yoga classes! I often find some yoga classes difficult and frustrating, but Lisa makes her classes and poses pretty adaptable so you have options to feel comfortable in alternative options/poses that are right for you and your body. Her energy is great and heartfelt as well which makes the whole experience really great. Highly recommend!
