Restorative Yoga

Settle into stillness and reconnect with your inner light. Join me each Monday evening for a deeply restorative yoga session designed to release tension, calm the mind, and prepare you for the week ahead.

Through long-held, floor-based postures, Restorative Yoga gently opens the body’s connective tissues while inviting a state of peace and balance. With mindful breathing and full support from props and blankets, this class offers a nurturing space to rest, restore, and renew.

🕯️ When: Mondays at 8:00 PM Central Time (CT)
💻 Where: Online via Zoom (link provided after registration)
🧘‍♀️ What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and any props that help you feel supported and comfortable

💫 Energy Exchange: Suggested donation: $5–$15 - Pay what feels right — offered on a sliding scale. Your presence matters more than the price.
